Jefferson Park, Chicago: A Neighborhood Guide for First-Time Buyers

Jefferson Park is Chicago community area 11, a 2.3-square-mile area on the Far North Side, about 10 miles from the Loop. Jefferson Park is built around its transit center, where the Blue Line, Metra and many CTA and Pace bus routes meet. Most of its parcels are houses, with two-flats and some condo buildings near the station and along Milwaukee Avenue.
