Hermosa is Chicago community area 20, a 1.2-square-mile area on the Northwest Side, about 6 miles from the Loop. Hermosa is a small area between Belmont Cragin and Logan Square, with Kelvyn Park at its center. Its parcels are mostly houses and two-flats, with very few condo units.
