Morgan Park is Chicago community area 75, a 3.3-square-mile area on the Far Southwest Side, about 13 miles from the Loop. Morgan Park sits south of Beverly on the Blue Island ridge and includes Morgan Park Academy and Metra Rock Island stops. About two out of three parcels are single-family homes, many on large lots.
